Zhong-Yu Fang

Zhongyu Fang

Zhongyu is currently a Research Assistant in the Culture lab. Prior to his current role, he served as a Research Assistant at the Education University of Hong Kong. He holds degrees from the Australian National University and Southwest University (Chongqing, China).


His research interests encompass social identity, leadership-followership dynamics, power, and the multicultural experience. He is also keenly interested in the theoretical issues within social and cultural psychology (e.g., the theoretical debate between the social identity approach and identity fusion theory) and embraces the spirit of open science.
