Letitia lee

Letitia Lee is a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she works at The Culture Lab with Prof. Ying-Yi Hong. She received her Ph.D. in Management, also from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, examining how people’s beliefs about the social contract and perceptions of injustice may lead to counterproductive workplace behaviors. 

 

Letitia’s work brings together her previous training in philosophy with her training in management and psychology to examine issues at the intersection of social justice concerns, organizational behavior, and culture. Her research aims to address questions about how people’s cultural environments impact their identity, justice perceptions, and behavioral responses in their organizational and social groups. Letitia’s current projects examine how people navigate dual identities in environments where they are contested, how beliefs about the shared social contract may modulate downstream behaviors, systematic silence and the withholding of information in response to perceived injustice, and biases within scholarship against historically disenfranchised groups.
