Post Doctoral Fellow
​

The Chinese University of Hong Kong seeks applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position in social psychology. The Postdoctoral Fellow will be supervised by Professor Ying-yi Hong (www.bschool.cuhk.edu.hk/staff/hong-ying-yi/) to investigate the interplay between culture, social identity, and intergroup relations in the context of political transitions.

Applicants should have (i) a PhD degree in Psychology or other Social Sciences disciplines within the last five years; and (ii) strong communication skills. Applicants with knowledge in DirectRT or E-prime, and statistical analysis are preferred. 

Duties include (a) formulating research projects; (b) designing experiments and surveys; and (c) writing up publications.

We offer a competitive package, access to excellent research facilities and an inter-disciplinary research program. The start date of the position is flexible.  International applicants are welcome.

Appointment will be made on contract basis for one year, renewable subject to mutual agreement. Review of applications will start as soon as possible and continue until the position is filled.
