Connie chiu 

Connie is the lab's current research assistant. She graduated from The University of Hong Kong (HKU) majoring in psychology. After graduation, she has conducted research in the field of experimental psychopathology, examining the relationship among cognitive deficits, memory specificity, and psychopathology.

 

Connie is interested in political and moral psychology. Broadly speaking, Connie is interested in examining the cognitive underpinnings of biases that perpetuate inequality and intergroup conflicts. She is also interested in the inconsistencies in our moral decisions, especially on how relational contexts bias our moral judgments. 

Research interest: political psychology, cognition, moral cognitions, intergroup conflicts
