Letitia is currently a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Ying-Yi Hong in the Management Department, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She previously studied philosophy and abnormal psychology at the University College London and King’s College London. Letitia is interested in the interfacing of culture and deviance in the organizations, with particular focus on questions of morality and justice.
Letitia’s research interests lie in morality and justice, interpersonal relationships (particularly hierarchical and romantic relationships),deviant behaviors, social status and power, cultural influences, andorganizational psychology. Through examining the above, Letitia aims to understand the factors influencing deviant behavior and responses to such behavior in an organizational context.
